This page explains how to delete your StakeGames account and what happens to your data when you do. We are committed to giving you full control over your personal information.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your StakeGames account using one of the following methods:
1 Delete from the App Recommended
- Open the StakeGames app on your device
- Tap on Profile (bottom navigation bar)
- Tap the Settings icon (gear icon)
- Scroll down to Account Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Read the confirmation message carefully
- Enter your phone number to confirm
- Tap Permanently Delete Account
Your account will be scheduled for deletion immediately.
2 Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:
- Send an email to support@stakegames.app
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the phone number associated with your account
- Include the email address associated with your account (if any)
- Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 business days.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

What Data May Be Retained
For legal compliance and fraud prevention purposes, we may retain certain anonymized data for a limited period:

Deletion Timeline
What Happens After Deletion
Once your account is deleted:
- You will be immediately logged out of all devices
- You will no longer be able to access the app with your phone number
- Your profile will no longer be visible to other users
- All your game history and statistics will be erased
- Any active games will be forfeited
- You will stop receiving all notifications from us
Creating a New Account
After deleting your account, you may create a new StakeGames account at any time. However:
- Your previous data cannot be recovered
- You will start fresh with no history or statistics
- Any achievements or progress will not be restored
Your Rights
GDPR Rights (European Users)
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- Request a copy of your data before deletion (Right to Data Portability)
- Request erasure of your data (Right to be Forgotten)
- Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
CCPA Rights (California Residents)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Know what personal information we have collected
- Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights
Before You Delete
Please consider the following before deleting your account:
- Download your data: Contact us to request a copy of your data before deletion
- Active games: Any ongoing games will be forfeited
- This action is permanent: Account deletion cannot be undone
